Bahtiyar Uyanık (d. 1949, Çankırı) Türk İnşaat Mühendisi ve siyasetçi. Maltepe ilçesinin ilk belediye başkanıdır. Anavatan Partisi'nden seçilerek 3 dönem görev yapmıştır.
